Investments in securities markets and financial products are subject to a variety of risks, including but not limited to market risk, credit risk, interest-rate risk, liquidity risk, currency risk, concentration risk, regulatory risk and operational risk. There is no assurance that any investment objective will be achieved, and you may receive back less than you invested.
Product-specific risks
- Mutual Funds: NAV fluctuates with underlying market movements. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance does not guarantee future returns.

- MLDs & Structured products: Payoff is linked to an underlying and may be capped, path-dependent or contingent. Early exits may result in loss of principal.
- Insurance-linked investment products (ULIPs, etc.): Returns depend on chosen fund and are subject to market risk; policy charges apply.
- NPS: Long-term, retirement-focused product with market-linked returns and specific withdrawal rules.
- GIFT City products: Governed by IFSCA regulations; involve currency, jurisdictional and product-level risks.
- Loan Against Securities (LAS): Your pledged securities may be liquidated by the lender if margin requirements are not met, and you remain liable for the outstanding loan and interest.
